  • Insurance Verification – Supporting verification workflows and follow-up on incomplete or pending cases as needed.

  • Follow-Up Support – Assisting with ongoing follow-up efforts to reduce missed opportunities and improve continuity of care.

  • Notarizations – Up to 3 notarizations per month included.

The Agele Group was founded by Holguine (Gigi) Agele—a mother, aspiring entrepreneur, and former public servant—who, after stepping away from the workforce to care for her family, sought work that was both meaningful and impactful.

During that transition, she recognized a critical gap in healthcare practices—particularly chiropractic and concierge offices: exceptional patient care was being undermined by overwhelmed front offices, inconsistent workflows, and operational systems that simply weren’t working.

Having firsthand experience running a chiropractic front office, managing patient flow, insurance verification, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, Gigi understood exactly where things were breaking down—and how costly those breakdowns could be.

She built The Agele Group to serve as a true Practice Operations Partner: providing structure, ownership, and behind-the-scenes operational support that allows providers to focus on what they do best—treating patients—while trusting that their practice is running smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
