The Agele Group was founded by Holguine (Gigi) Agele, a healthcare operations professional and former public servant with hands-on experience running a chiropractic front office.

After stepping away from the workforce to care for her premature daughter, Gigi recognized a pattern she couldn’t ignore: exceptional patient care was being undermined by overwhelmed front offices, inconsistent workflows, and operational systems that weren’t being followed.

She built The Agele Group to address that gap — providing structure, ownership, and reliable operational support to practices that want to grow without burning out or sacrificing patient experience.
