  • Client Intake – Initial outreach, data collection, and intake form management to welcome new clients seamlessly.

  • Inbox Management – Daily inbox review with smart triage, light responses, and flagged priorities (up to 30 emails/calls per month).

  • Client Communication – Appointment confirmations and polite follow-ups to keep your clients informed and engaged.

  • Appointment Scheduling – Efficient calendar management for up to two recurring appointment types.

  • Insurance Verification – Basic eligibility checks completed within 48–72 hours of request.

  • Follow-Up Support – Standard follow-up for missed appointments, document requests, or feedback collection.

  • Notarizations – One notarization per month included (standard, in-person or remote).

Foundation Support Package

For growing practices. 20 hours of advanced admin support and proactive communication.

Includes:

  • Client Intake – Branded intake experience with faster turnaround and real-time updates to your CRM or spreadsheet.

  • Inbox Management – Active monitoring and responses, with up to 75 messages/month handled on your behalf.

  • Client Communication – Regular client check-ins, reminders, updates, and feedback outreach to strengthen retention.

  • Appointment Scheduling – Management of multiple appointment types and coordination across team calendars.

  • Insurance Verification – 20 detailed eligibility and benefits verifications/month with priority follow-up on incomplete cases.

  • Follow-Up Support – Proactive follow-up cadence to reduce no-shows and increase client satisfaction.

  • Notarizations – Up to 3 notarizations per month, including remote online sessions.

Practice Partner Plan

  • Client Intake – Fully-managed intake pipeline with automations, custom scripting, and real-time reporting.

  • Inbox Management – Priority inbox handling with same-day responses and escalation of high-priority items.

  • Client Communication – Full-spectrum communications including follow-up, rescheduling, personalized outreach, and retention sequences.

  • Appointment Scheduling – Complex scheduling, multi-party coordination, and integration with third-party platforms.

  • Insurance Verification – Unlimited verifications with direct communication to providers as needed.

  • Follow-Up Support – Strategic follow-ups based on your business goals: revenue recovery, client re-engagement, or feedback loops.

  • Notarizations – Unlimited notarizations, including loan signings, real estate closings, and RON (Remote Online Notarization).

The Agele Group was founded by Holguine (Gigi) Agele—a mother, aspiring entrepreneur, and former public servant—who, after stepping away from the workforce to care for her family, sought work that was both meaningful and impactful.

During that transition, she recognized a critical gap in healthcare practices—particularly chiropractic and concierge offices: exceptional patient care was being undermined by overwhelmed front offices, inconsistent workflows, and operational systems that simply weren’t working.

Having firsthand experience running a chiropractic front office, managing patient flow, insurance verification, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, Gigi understood exactly where things were breaking down—and how costly those breakdowns could be.

She built The Agele Group to serve as a true Practice Operations Partner: providing structure, ownership, and behind-the-scenes operational support that allows providers to focus on what they do best—treating patients—while trusting that their practice is running smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
