    • We handle the apostille process from start to finish. Including reviewing your documents, submitting them to the correct government agency, tracking status, and returning them securely to you.

    • Available for documents intended for Hague convention countries

    • Includes document preparation, submission, status tracking and return delivery

      $175 Standard Facilitation

      $225 Expedited Facilitation

    • Note: The Agele Group facilitates the process; apostilles are issued by government agencies.

    • Document scanning & emailing

      $5 flat fee (up to 20 pages, $0.25 per page after 20 pages)

    • Courier drop-off ($20-$40 based on mileage)

    • Mail pickup and forwarding ($20 flat fee. Greenacres area)

    • Printing services ($0.25 b/w, $0.50 color per page)

At The Agele Group, scheduling a consultation or service is quick and convenient. Clients can book through our online scheduling system, choosing from available time slots that best fit their needs. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and any necessary next steps.

Before your appointment:

  • Please ensure all required documents or information are prepared, especially for notary or virtual admin services

  • A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Payment (if applicable) is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
